Pinheira Residence

A large family and many friends: a large house that can welcome everyone with equality. This was the architectural concept, to create a house that would welcome its residents and friends on the large building site. Serving adults and children.

The house has an exclusive ground floor for social area, game room, gourmet area, large common spaces and sea view. The first floor has four suites, and the third floor has the master suite. In the back of the land is located the area for services: the garage, for eight cars, access with pergola, laundry, office and also has guest suite. All this distributed in the 595,53m² of built work. The swimming pool on the front of the land plays an important role in the context of the project, beautifully reflecting the color of the sky and with a spectacular view of the sea.

The project favored a palette of light and neutral colors, which oscillates between shades of light brown, white and occasional brown for their shapes on the facades. The east side is the entrance to the house, with the side garden and the swimming pool giving access to most of the internal spaces, those oriented to the north, for greater use of the sun. The access of services is by the back of the land, oriented to the West.

The white athermic floor was used as the pool deck to avoid the monotony of a tiled surface. The white interior spaces embrace the exterior, through large glazed windows that extend through the exterior floors in polished concrete and open to the garden and pool.

The access from the garage to the house gained a path under marquee with wooden and glass laths. Features that give a lighter look to the element, which reflects the beauty of the whole context.
